Everyone has "stuff". Bumps in life's path like relationship issues, navigating big changes, or learning how to cope with ongoing anxiety or depression can be much easier with a supportive and knowledgable therapist on your team.

2.

Therapy for the Highly Sensitive Person

Discovering you're part of the 20% that possess highly sensitive personality trait can be both a relief and a challenge. As a therapist trained to assess and work with HSP's I enjoy helping others learn to reframe past experiences through this new lens and learn how to care for and wield this unique trait.

3.

Integrative Therapy

As a Certified Mental Health Integrative Medicine Practitioner and Registered Yoga Teacher (500) I'm committed to helping you explore the full picture for your wellbeing from nutrition to somatic therapies that support your goals.

Therapy Sessions
My Approach

I use an integrative approach where I draw from complimentary theories and interventions to find a path toward your goals that is tailored to you. I am passionate about health and wellness and if you're interested in a wrap-around holistic approach, I enjoy incorporating yoga, somatic forms of therapy, and mental health focused nutrition into the mix.
