Happiness is a journey, not a destination.

Everyone has “stuff”. A problem in a relationship, feelings they don’t like, a sense of discomfort or unease. You may feel like you’re facing challenges in life like big decisions coming up after graduation, considering marriage, feelings of depression, anger, loss, fatigue, or low motivation.

I specialize in working with individuals, both adolescents and adults, addressing:

Whatever you have come up can be addressed in the individual counseling session. Individual counseling is often a good place to start even when your ultimate goal is couples or family sessions. I also provide counseling services online and via phone.

I use an integrated approach to whatever unique issues you’ve got going on. I draw from multiple complimentary and research supported approaches to problem-solving and healing including Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Person Centered, and Gestalt Therapy. This allows me to tailor what we do to get you on track to get to where you want to be.
